Our Selection:
Wine origin is the root of our selection process. In order
to find wines grown in specific soils, produced with care
by passionate winemakers who show concern for the environment,
most of our wine is privately imported. The agents we work
with deal directly with the wine growers and are therefore
able to provide us with specific information (soil, type
of vines, production methods, etc.) of each and every wine
we buy.
Organic wine
The wines found on this list are those that abide by the
principles of organic agriculture (little or no use of herbicides
or pesticides) and "old fashioned" wine making;
in other words, no added sugar, no cultivated yeasts, no
filtration (or minimal filtration), no sulphur (whenever
possible), and thus no headaches…
